Private Insurance Companies
We are in contact with many insurance carriers to better assist you and make your office visits as effortless as possible. At every office visit, there may be a portion of the charge which will be covered by the insurance company (called the insurance-portion). The balance remaining after the insurance-portion is the patient's responsibility. We expect payment at the time of service for the portion that is estimated to be your responsibility.
We bill your insurance company electronically and promptly, so that you will receive your explanation of benefits in a prompt manner.
Some patients do not have insurance coverage, but still need health care. Out of consideration for these patients, we keep our charges low and simple to understand.
We accept assignment for all Medicare patients. We abide by Medicare laws and rules, and electronically submit your claims promptly to Medicare and any secondary insurance company or Medigap insurer.
